What we keep
Your sign-in email, and the name and phone number you give us.
The social handles you give us, and, if you unlock the full report, what you are, its name, your industry and city.
Your reports, and small copies of the post pictures they show.
What we read
Only what is public on the Instagram and YouTube accounts you give us. We never ask for your social media passwords.
Why
To make your report, to email it to you, and, because you agreed, to contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Your details reach the LightWorkz team as an enquiry. We do not sell them or share them with anyone else.
How long
Your reports stay in My reports until you delete your account. Post pictures are kept for 12 months.
Your choices
You can delete your account at any time from My reports: your sign-in, profile, reports, pictures and PDFs go.
For anything else, write to hello@lightworkz.in or call 8838190703.
